NSW:Flood levy not related to insurance: Bligh

Premier ANNA BLIGH says the federal government's flood levy has nothing to do with
Queensland's lack of insurance.

Reports yesterday suggested Queensland is the only major state in Australia without
a comprehensive catastrophe insurance policy.

Ms BLIGH says under natural disaster relief arrangements in Australia .. the Commonwealth
